Yogatwist.com was created to spread positivity and happiness with 100 % customer satisfaction and we clearly back that up with our 31- day peace of mind return policy.
We handcraft every product with love, care and many quality control checkpoints throughout the fulfilment process but sometimes, let’s face it, mistakes can happen, (especially in peak busy times). But don’t worry, we treat all our customers like our friends with respect, dignity and fairness.

Yep, our policy lasts 31 days (not 30 days simply because there are usually 31 days in one month. Don’t thank us for this extra day, go practice yoga instead)
Our products being printed on demand, we can accept order cancellation if you cancel your order before the item goes to production. In that case, you will get a full refund. No questions asked.
If your order has already been sent to production, then your order will not be eligible for cancellation.
If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, you can contact our customer support team to exchange your product for a different size within 10 days of purchase. Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will help you do the exchange as quickly as possible.
At yogatwist, we believe that the return process should be just as easy as it was to buy the item in the first place. And that is how we handle returns.
Our policy lasts 31 days. If 31 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange or store credit.
Moreover, we want to be upfront with you, we definitely want to make our customers happy but we also pay honest wages to our team members, we respect them, we don’t squeeze them like slaves, we pay fair prices our suppliers, we also donate part of our benefits to charities so please understand we cannot afford a very aggressive return policy as the big online sharks, which would get us seriously burnt on the backend.
However, we made sure that whatever the reason of your return (from a defect to a change of heart), you will find each of our solutions pretty fair and honest.
Instructions for any return:
Please note first that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, with all the original tags attached and packaging.
In order to qualify for the return, please first contact our support team via email at email@example.com with the following details:
- Order Reference Number
- A short description of the issue encountered (in case of a defect: a picture or more showing the defect)
Upon receipt of your request, an email will then be sent to indicate you the specific address to return the item. What follows will depend on the origin of the issue.
Most returns fall into 2 categories:
- whether we messed up
- whether you made a mistake or changed your mind.
Our Responsibility: we made a mistake
Oops! Somewhere along the way we made a mistake. Not to worry though! If any of the following is the case, we will take care of it for you:
- Different item received than what was ordered upon checkout
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Incorrect size of item received
- Incorrect color of item received
- Incorrect style of item received
You won’t have to pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will immediately send you a replacement item free of charge to the address you previously indicated.
Your responsibility: you made a mistake, or you changed your mind.
Oops! Somewhere along the way either you made a mistake, for example you ordered the wrong size or you have a change of heart.
We are sure you can understand we held our side of the deal and did deliver. We spent time on your order, our team members worked hard to print your product which was custom made for you. So here is what we offer as a fair policy for you and us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. (you should consider using a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, you will able to choose between the following 3 options:
- an exchange (change of size) within 10 days of order (free or charge)
- a store credit: full value paid of the returned item(s) at the time of purchase. We cannot refund initial shipping fees. We will send you by email a gift e-card credited with the corresponding amount. You will be able to use this gift card on our online store within 1 year.
- a refund: full value paid of the item(s) at the time of purchase minus $4.50 handling /restocking fees per item returned as this is a print on demand product, specifically made for you. We cannot refund initial shipping fees. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, credit card, etc…), within a certain amount of days (usually between 5 -10 days).
How long will it take?
Exchange: we will send the replacement item within 24-48 hours.
Gift card: you will get the gift ecard with the store credit within 24-48 hours.
Refund: it usually takes between 5 -10 days. The amount of time it takes for a refund to return depends solely on the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalise refunds within a couple of business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to display and process refunds. If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can also contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual timeframes.
As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Discounts and promotions:
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will not receive a refund or credit for the full value of the item. Instead, the refund or credit will be applied only to the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
Incorrect address :
Unfortunately, if you enter the shipping address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge fees for re-shipping the item. We find it fair, don’t you?
